Pain
Due to cysts, PCOS will cause pain. Severe pelvic pain that is described as throbbing, recurring, and located on one or both sides of pelvis, where the ovaries are found, is very common. The pain may worsen before or during menstruation. Experts believe that the pain is caused by heavy, prolonged periods and inflamed ovaries.
Another pain you may get is headaches. The fluctuations in hormones will sometimes trigger headaches, but this is less common.
