Diarrhea
No one wants to think about diarrhea, but you should never disregard a bout of gastrointestinal woes, especially if you have any other symptoms on this list. Diarrhea can be caused by a wide range of things, even your spicy dinner last night. Maybe you have irritable bowel syndrome or are intolerant to lactose.
Or, maybe, you have caught a bug—a virus or infection. Though adults don’t often come down with diarrhea for some common bugs, children are much more likely to suffer from it.
