Heart Health
Studies from Harvard and other institutions found that merely using apple cider vinegar as a salad dressing can lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart disease. Incredible, right? Heart disease is one of the major causes of premature death, so it is important to keep your heart as healthy as possible.
There is another reason why apple cider vinegar is excellent for your heart. Cholesterol, as you know, is a lipid that can accumulate within the arteries and lead to narrowing, hardening, and ultimately, a strained heart. Two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar contains fiber that has been found to decrease triglyceride levels in the blood and help keep your heart pumping regularly. You may even find that your LDL (bad) cholesterol levels are lowered while your HDL (good) cholesterol is boosted!
