Fast Foods
It will likely not shock you to find fast food on our list, usually full of saturated and trans fats (and who knows what else). One research study found that only a very small percentage of “chicken” sold at certain fast food chain restaurants actually contained any meat at all. The rest was made up of things like water and other fillers that can be hard on the body. These foods also tend to contain certain additives that are dangerous to our health such as ammonia, sodium phosphate, and nitrates in order to try and limit bacteria and to preserve the meat. Don’t even get us started on the amount of sodium that is added to these fake meats to make them taste like anything at all.
