Vertigo can cause extreme disorientation. When this happens, the body tends to react by increasing the production of adrenaline. A common sign of increasing adrenaline levels is sweating. When you start sweating more than normal, you have a problem especially if it is cold sweat noticeable on the arms and face. In some cause, you can feel like your body temperature is rising. It is an obvious challenge trying to identify vertigo-related sweating since there are very many causes of body sweat. However, when sweating is accompanied by other vertigo symptoms like nausea and dizziness, it is a clear sign of vertigo especially if the symptoms come before sweating.
