Swaying
A key sign that the body is responding to mixed signals is in its attempts to perform adjustments to feel more upright. When balance signals are wrong, the body inadvertently sways back and forth as it attempts to find the balance point. This symptom tends to happen unconsciously, and many people may not realize they are swaying as they sit or stand. Furthermore, swaying doesn’t necessarily mean you are suffering from vertigo. You can sway when you are bored or tired without realizing it. Swaying becomes a problem when it is persistent and hinders your ability to perform day-to-day activities.
