According to Caleb Backe, a health and wellness expert for Maple Holistics, “If you know you’re getting enough hours of sleep, but you just can’t stop hitting the snooze button and feel groggy in the morning, it might be a sign that you’re not maintaining deep sleep at night.” Even if breaking the habit fails, you should examine why you feel so tired in the morning and feel the need to hit the snooze button.
