Wear Glasses
If your kids wear contact lenses, then you may want to encourage them to switch to glasses. Glasses will allow them to see without needing to touch their face. This way, they can minimize the amount of time they spend touching their faces to avoid getting germs into their bodies.
Remember that glasses are a great alternative when you don’t want your children to deal with their contact lenses. Always talk about these things with your kids ahead of time to help them understand why you want them to wear glasses while they go to school.
