Farmed Fish
Nearly 70% of all fish you buy at the grocery store has been farmed. There are two reasons to avoid farmed fish. Firstly, these fish aren’t cage-free. They are raised in unsanitary conditions, unhealthy, and malnourished. To compensate for the lack of color in the flesh, as well as the host of bacteria the fish swim in while alive, they are injected with antibiotics and dyes. You don’t want to ingest that. Secondly, farmed fish has significantly less amounts of vitamins and minerals than their wild counterparts. Buy wild caught fish instead.
