Canned Liquids
Since you will want to ration your water (depending on how much supply you have), you will need other items with a high liquid content. Some underestimated options include canned fruits stored in fruit juice and canned vegetable juice. Canned pineapples, for example, often have a lot of excess liquid that is perfectly save to drink.
Look for other canned liquids as well, such as condensed milk, canned coconut milk, canned juices, and evaporated milk. Coconut milk is great for helping rice cook more quickly. Stewed tomatoes can be added to stews and pots of rice without reducing the amount of water you have in storage. Other options include canned vegetable, beef, or chicken stock, bone broth, and even canned beer.
