Diet Food
Anything that can be considered a diet food deserve to be demonized. “Diet” or “low fat” foods are chemical nightmares that contain aspartame and other artificial sweeteners and flavorings made from synthetic materials. Aspartame has been connected to diseases, ailments, birth defects, and even heart conditions.
Diet foods also tend to replace the lack of fat and protein with ultra-processed sugars, excessive levels of sodium, synthetic flavors, and fillers, like maltodextrin and gums, to make the food taste like food.
Low-fat diet goods also use hydrogenated vegetable oils-even if they don’t say they do. Manufactured vegetable oils can cause heart disease and inflammation with long-term consumption—and inflammation can cause cancer.
