Bloody Stool
Blood in the stool may indicate Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, or another kind of inflammatory bowel disease (IBS). However, if you are not getting the other symptoms indicative of IBS, it could be a sign of colon cancer. Tumors could be growing in the digestive tract and causing pressure.
People who are susceptible to recurring ulcers and hemorrhoids may also get rectal bleeding, and that is rather common. But, if the bleeding continues for many months, it may not be ulcers or IBS and could be cancer.
