Sores and Genital Itching That Doesn’t Go Away
Precancerous cells oftentimes become itchy, scaly sores that do not heal (or will heal suspiciously slow), no matter what is done. This is often paired with itchy genitals and skin discoloration. Patients need to continuously check their bodies for sores and be mindful of their other skin conditions.
For example, it is not uncommon for fungal conditions, dermatitis, and psoriasis to cause similar itching sensations and discolorations. You should consider the other warning signs of cancer then contact a doctor if experiencing sores that do not heal and itchiness of the genitalia. Remember that these sores can be anywhere on the body.
