Should I Take Supplements?

You will need to take your supplement on an empty stomach. You should also take your supplement with orange juice or lemon juice. You will give yourself more vitamin C, which will make it easier for your body to absorb the supplement. You can also take a vitamin C supplement.
You do not want to take your supplement along with coffee or tea. These drinks have compounds that can make it harder for your body to absorb this nutrient.
